What's Cookin' Wednesday

You're in for a treat!! No, really.......today's recipe is for a dessert! We're headed to the Williams's house for supper tonight.....we're grilling! Good thing the weather is decent!
Brandon came home yesterday and said they were having a Teacher Appreciation potluck on Thursday and asked if I could make some bars for it. Did you catch that?? Teacher Appreciation and they have to bring their own food...just sayin'! He started bringing these bars his first year at Saydel and now the teachers request that he brings them. Luckily for me, they are super easy to make!!

Chocolate Chip Cheese(cake) Bars

What you'll need:
2 tubes of refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
2 8 oz pkgs of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs

What you'll do:
1. Press one tube of cookie dough in the bottom of 9 x 13 pan.


2. Mix together cream cheese (softened), sugar, and eggs. Spread over cookie dough layer.


3. Crumble second tube of cookie dough over cheesecake mixture.


4. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!!
